What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, ensuring timely and accurate platform setup.
• Review and validate partner information, contracts, and menu structures.
• Coordinate photography to ensure 100% image coverage for each partner.
• Distribute hirify.global gear and conduct training sessions on the Merchant app.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners during their first 30 days post-launch.
• Support technical integrations via API or SFTP where required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be based in Astana.
• Fluent Russian, good Kazakh, and Intermediate English (B1).
• Logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.
• Strong time management, task prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to work.
