What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex product problems and shape strategy.
• Use quantitative analysis, experimentation, and statistical thinking to identify growth opportunities and measure performance.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using various statistical approaches to solve business problems.
• Define success metrics, set goals, and perform forecasting and monitoring to understand product trends.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to inform and execute product strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field.
• Expertise in data querying languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python), and/or statistical software (R).
• Proven ability to perform statistical analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience communicating analytical results to executives and cross-functional teams to influence strategy.
• Must be based in Singapore.
