Senior Data Scientist (Product Analytics)

What you will do

• Identify, define, and test product opportunities and improvement levers.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using quantitative and statistical methods.
• Design experiments and apply data mining to develop product strategies.
• Define goals, forecast outcomes, and monitor product metrics and trends.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, roadmaps, and investment decisions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to executives and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field.
• Expertise in data querying languages such as SQL, scripting languages such as Python, and/or statistical software such as R.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and communicate results to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and product metrics to support data-informed decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience in technology, financial services, or a high-growth environment.
