Salary: €55K – €64K

What you will do
- Act as a primary HR partner for managers and employees, providing guidance on people-related topics.
- Coach managers on performance, feedback, and employee development; support performance review cycles and calibration.
- Manage low to moderate employee relations cases, including performance concerns, workplace issues, and policy interpretation.
- Support investigations with senior HR and Legal, ensuring consistent documentation and process adherence.
- Guide managers through PIPs and corrective actions; support employees with leaves, accommodations, and sensitive matters.
- Analyze HR trends (e.g., engagement, attrition, employee relations) and help translate insights into actionable plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR generalist or early HRBP/People Partner role.
- Hands-on experience with employee relations, performance management processes, and direct manager coaching.
- Solid understanding of Irish and European employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- High discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms.
- Exposure to supporting multi-location or global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CIPD/HR qualification (or working towards).
