What you will do

• Develop and implement the organization's overall cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the cybersecurity team and oversee security engineering initiatives.
• Manage incident response efforts and develop strategies for business continuity and resilience.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technology, operations, and supply chain.
• Communicate security posture, risks, and incident status to the board of directors and executives.
• Oversee the transition and maintenance of hybrid on-premises and cloud network solutions.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience as a lead Engineer.
• Must have 5 years of experience in a governmental organization as a cybersecurity engineer.
• Must have 2 years of experience with FedRAMP.
• CISSP certification is required.
• Proven experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud technology stacks.
• Demonstrated experience in transitioning from on-premises to hybrid cloud solutions.
