Field Application Engineer (AI Software & Hardware) (AI/ML): Drive customer adoption of AI software and purpose-built silicon by working with enterprise customers, sales, and product teams on real-world technical challenges. Focus on solving complex AI performance and deployment issues across machine learning, LLMs, and vision models, with an accent on embedded/FPGA/accelerator integration and data center/server architecture constraints.

What you will do
- Collaborate with sales and enterprise customers to understand technical challenges and drive adoption of AI products and solutions.
- Deliver customer-facing technical support through meetings, presentations, and workshops, translating complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide feedback from customer engagements to sales operations and product teams to shape roadmap and future enhancements.
- Apply deep AI expertise to help customers deploy and optimize AI workloads on Tenstorrent platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant enterprise technical experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience with embedded systems and AI accelerators, including FPGA architecture.
- Strong understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, and thermal/power and infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions.
