Field Application Engineer - AI Software & Hardware

Location: Remote, based out of Munich, Germany, Poland, or Serbia

What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges.
• Provide effective AI software and hardware solutions and support product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales teams, sales operations, and product teams in a customer-facing role.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to researchers, executives, and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Share field insights to influence product features, roadmap priorities, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant technical enterprise experience in a customer-facing role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Field Engineer.
• Strong expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
• Good understanding of data centers, server architecture and deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and real-world problem-solving skills.
