Associate Principal Threat Intelligence Analyst (Gamedev)

Location: Must be based in Andover, MA (in-office)

Salary: $125,000 — $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and prevent fraudulent or malicious behavior using OSINT, internal tools, and investigative methods.
• Lead complex investigations involving data collection, analysis, and synthesis from multiple systems.
• Maintain intelligence on relevant subjects and emerging threat landscapes.
• Ensure high-quality investigative reporting and intelligence outputs.
• Support response efforts for security incidents and escalations.
• Drive process improvements through automation and tooling to scale investigative workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in threat intelligence, investigations, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in intelligence gathering, monitoring, and investigative reporting.
• Experience conducting complex investigations across digital platforms.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and systems such as SQL or Hadoop.
• Experience with link analysis methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations related to investigations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Maltego, Hunchly, Splunk, and case management platforms.
• Experience working with online games, live services, or AAA multiplayer environments.
• Scripting skills in Python or SQL for automation and analysis.
• Mentoring mindset and ability to share expertise with peers.
