What you will do

• Develop and evolve the global Product Security strategy, translating business risks into measurable security programs.
• Lead Secure-by-Design initiatives and define scalable security guardrails and reference architectures.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and application penetration testing to reduce systemic risk.
• Establish security best practices for AI-enabled features, including model integration and inference workflows.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and embed responsible AI principles such as privacy and transparency into product decisions.
• Mentor other security engineers and provide technical leadership on complex security architecture trade-offs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in the security domain with a focus on cloud-based technologies.
• Proven track record of implementing frameworks such as OWASP, CIS Benchmarks, and CSA.
• Hands-on experience with AI product development security, including model evaluation and tuning.
• Expertise in leading threat modeling, secure code reviews, and using SAST/DAST tooling.
• Ability to define and scale secure design patterns across multiple product teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and zero trust design principles.
• Experience with cloud incident response and automating security analysis and testing.
