What you will do
- Design system architectures that align business needs with technical solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business/functional stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
- Provide supervision and technical guidance to architects and development teams.
- Assess and recommend improvements for existing system architectures.
- Research emerging architectural patterns and paradigms to drive innovation.
- Ensure new systems fit seamlessly into the existing enterprise environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
- Deep knowledge of Telco business models, processes, and E2E solutions.
- Strong understanding of OSS solutions and components (Assurance, Configuration, Planning, Readiness).
- Experience with network domains including RAN, Mobile Core, Transport, IP Core, and Service Platforms.
- Proven background in microservices, automation platforms, and large-scale software architecture design.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

- Previous project management experience.
- Experience working on international projects.
