What you will do

• Customize and optimize AOSP for enterprise-grade video conferencing hardware.
• Design and maintain Android framework components, system services, and HALs.
• Debug complex issues spanning applications, native services, and kernel interfaces.
• Maintain and patch custom Chromium WebView builds for web-based collaboration tools.
• Develop automated tests and debugging utilities to ensure platform reliability.
• Support integration and certification for third-party collaboration applications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin and C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with AOSP customization and Android framework development.
• Deep knowledge of Android IPC mechanisms like AIDL, Binder, and JNI.
• Experience with media technologies including Camera2, MediaCodec, and audio/video pipelines.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience with WebRTC and browser engines.
• Knowledge of real-time communication platforms.
