What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable distributed systems in Go, balancing performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Represent the engineering team in stakeholder meetings, explaining technical topics in business-centric terms.
• Lead and perform code reviews for senior engineers to ensure high standards of resilience and quality.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and overall engineering processes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and edge cases during the planning phase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Go, specifically in designing scalable distributed backend systems.
• Deep understanding of Go concurrency patterns including goroutines, channels, and synchronization.
• Strong system design skills with a focus on architectural trade-offs and performance.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Experience leading and mentoring senior engineers through technical discussions and code reviews.
