Salary: $108,476 - $184,409

What you will do

• Drive program-level planning, integration, and governance rhythms to ensure predictable delivery of ICAM initiatives.
• Provide strategic planning advice and serve as a liaison across stakeholders, architects, and operational teams.
• Deliver enterprise-class capabilities for managing digital identities, credentials, and access controls.
• Apply NIST SP 800-63 guidance to program requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to technical assessments, security recommendations, and decision support for cybersecurity and compliance.
• Improve decision-making for identity and security needs through actionable insights and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in identity, access management, or security architecture.
• 8+ years of experience applying federal security frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, or FICAM.
• Must hold CISSP, CISM, CAP, or an equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience advising teams on cybersecurity and compliance matters.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity with onsite presence in Baltimore, Maryland.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field.
• Experience supporting health IT or public sector modernization projects.
• Experience with privacy reviews, continuous monitoring, or enterprise risk management.
