What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance standards, metrics, and test plans for enterprise products.
• Lead cross-functional projects and oversee the technical work of less experienced QA staff.
• Design and maintain automated test programs and scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering and Product Management to proactively evaluate roadmaps and identify potential defects.
• Implement AI-enabled tools to streamline routine testing tasks while adhering to data privacy standards.
• Represent the QA department in technical discussions and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant technical experience in software quality.
• 5+ years of focused experience in enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD and modern quality engineering practices.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required for leading technical discussions and documentation.
• Ability to leverage AI systems for ideation, development, and scaling departmental needs.
• Graduate degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred.
