Salary: $48,000 – $75,000

What you will do
- Manage and execute security policy reviews and approval workflows within One Trust.
- Plan and conduct monthly phishing simulations and report on security awareness trends.
- Maintain the enterprise policy library and map requirements to compliance controls.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to track policy risks and training effectiveness.
- Support the maintenance of a Generative AI-powered chatbot for InfoSec policy inquiries.
- Collaborate on broader governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain compliance value in business terms.
- Experience with structured data tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompt structuring, or workflow automation.
- Ability to travel 3-4 times per year for business purposes.
Nice to have
- Experience in security awareness or policy management.
- Foundational security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or SOC2.
