What you will do

• Lead system design and drive impactful projects for the Growth Team's data platform.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and stream data pipelines for analytics and operational use cases.
• Develop data ingestion frameworks using Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
• Optimize scheduling and pipeline efficiency to reduce data latency.
• Collaborate with product and BI teams to translate business requirements into engineering solutions.
• Contribute to automation and reliability improvements for platform scalability.

Requirements

• Around 5+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer.
• Degree in CS, CE, CIS or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Scala, Python, and SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of Real-time and Batch processing systems.
• Experience working with data at PB scale.
• Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kafka, Data Lake, Spark, Flink, DBT, Spring Boot, Hadoop, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
