What you will do

• Collaborate with Technical Directors and leads to analyze development workflows across studios.
• Identify friction points and technical risks in pipelines, tooling, and CI/CD processes.
• Convert field observations into actionable technical initiatives and focused missions.
• Define lightweight shared practices and reference workflows to encourage tool and solution reuse.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted tooling for code review, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain alignment and share technical learnings and patterns across different studios.

Requirements

• Mid-Senior to Principal level experience in technical enablement or Developer Experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with multiple game engines, tech stacks, and build pipelines.
• Ability to identify recurring technical patterns and opportunities for simplification.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across international, multi-studio environments.
• Proven experience in scoping initiatives and defining success criteria.
