What you will do

• Source and manage a reliable roster of freelance videographers and editors.
• Establish and maintain a stable, sustainable weekly production cycle for paid social ads.
• Collaborate with the internal writers team to develop scripts and messaging.
• Partner with the Paid Social Creative Strategist to generate innovative ad concepts.
• Oversee all filming and editing processes, providing detailed feedback on cuts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative or content production role, ideally producing paid ad content.
• Deep knowledge of video production, including framing, lighting, shot composition, pacing, and cuts.
• Proven track record of managing freelance videographers and editors from initial contact to final delivery.
• Genuine interest in tech products and their related content.
