What you will do

• Manage full HR administration in Cyprus in accordance with local labor legislation.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, contractual changes, leave management, and terminations.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts, addendums, and other related documentation.
• Handle employee registration and procedures through official Cyprus government portals.
• Manage employment processes for foreign nationals, including work and residence permits.
• Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and payroll providers.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge and proven experience in full-cycle HR administration in Cyprus.
• Hands-on experience working with official Cyprus government portals and registration systems.
• Experience supporting immigration and relocation documentation for foreign nationals.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Cypriot immigration legislation.
