What you will do

• Lead and oversee Partners Relationship teams to meet growth and retention targets.
• Develop and execute country-specific marketing plans and business development initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior management to execute strategic regional plans.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and partners in the LATAM region.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and coaching for new team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a track record of scaling businesses.
• Experience building and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of local LATAM regulations and industry compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate data-driven reports.
• Fluency in English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Location in Uruguay or willingness to work from this region.
• Fluency in Spanish and Ukrainian.
