What you will do

• Drive Risk & Opportunity Management activities within campaigns and customer programmes.
• Establish and maintain a network of Risk & Opportunity Managers at the project level.
• Facilitate identification, evaluation, and treatment workshops for risk and opportunity owners.
• Perform root cause and SWOT analyses to support operational excellence.
• Evaluate current management effectiveness and implement process improvements.
• Provide reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in programme, project, delivery, or contract management, preferably in defence, aerospace, or telecoms.
• Proven track record in Risk & Opportunity Management within large, complex projects.
• Managerial leadership experience in a technology-driven or regulated environment.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Must pass security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
