What you will do

• Monitor brand mentions across search engines, social media, blogs, and news platforms.
• Identify and analyze negative reviews, comments, and articles online.
• Evaluate search result rankings for branded keywords and perform market analysis.
• Develop and plan SERM strategies to improve online presence.
• Work on the removal of negative content from Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
• Create accounts on various platforms and add products to marketplaces.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and SMM fundamentals.
• Practical experience with tools like Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
• English proficiency C1-C2 (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced).
• Experience working with forums and Q&A platforms such as Reddit and Quora.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Skills in content analysis and optimization.
