What you will do

• Lead front-end teams, contributing directly to code and performing rigorous code reviews.
• Design, scope, and maintain features while managing the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Drive AI-assisted development workflows using Anthropic's Claude and explore agentic workflows.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training while monitoring team performance KPIs.
• Develop work schedules and propose best practices for engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria (primarily office-based hybrid model).
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with React and TypeScript.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role within fast-paced product teams.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile application development (Native or React-Native).
• Background in FinTech, decentralized IT, or distributed systems.
