What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using company standard work.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical contact for customers, solving service-related problems.
• Operate in diverse settings including wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, and food & beverage plants.
• Submit prompt and accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, and instrument history.
• Travel daily to customer sites within the assigned territory, with 50% to 75% travel expected.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Auburndale/Lakeland, FL area.
• Previous experience in travel-based field service or customer-facing roles.
• High School Diploma required; Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for technical diagnostics and repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for vehicle rental and operation.
