Software Engineer (Python/C++)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software applications and production-grade systems.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose.
• Ensure high code quality through version control (Git) and peer reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or C++.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, OOP, and design patterns.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and a modern frontend framework (React or Vue.js).
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, Docker Compose, Git, and WSL.

Nice to have

• Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS), geospatial data pipelines, and spatial databases like PostGIS.
• Exposure to mapping libraries such as Leaflet.js or Mapbox GL.
• Experience with modern C++ (C++11/14/17) and memory management optimization.
• Ability to integrate C++ into multi-language systems.
