What you will do

• Own and grow strategic relationships across model providers, platforms, celebrities, and tier-AAA influencers (KOLs).
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, creating repeatable processes for the Growth team.
• Lead the company's most consequential deals from end-to-end.
• Source and structure partnerships to feed a qualified pipeline for the B2B Sales team.
• Proactively map the market to surface opportunities before they become obvious.
• Conduct high-stakes, high-pressure negotiations.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a closer driving complex deals to completion independently.
• Strong commercial instincts, sharp business judgment, and outstanding analytical ability.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and high risk awareness.
• Established relationships with US celebrities and KOLs.
• Industry connections across Hollywood, including filmmakers, directors, and producers.
• Ability to work on-site in the Almaty office.
