What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable features for the strategic "door-to-door" product initiative.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure the product meets business needs and user requirements.
• Support, coach, and mentor other engineers to grow their web technology expertise.
• Contribute to the Front-End Web Engineering Chapter, shaping the web platform’s foundational architecture.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Typescript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Node, and observability solutions.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Strong appetite for AI-assisted coding and agentic workflows.
• Ability to take ownership and align tasks with business priorities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with SEO and web performance optimization.
• Past experience with mobile and backend development.

Hiring process

• Initial 45-min video-call with Talent Acquisition.
• 60-min video-call with Engineering and Product Managers.
• Technical stages: Design Interview, Code Review, and Live coding/Pair programming.
• Final 30-min vision fit call with the VP of Engineering.
