What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET and React.
• Build scalable APIs and services supporting millions of users and transactions.
• Optimize the internal interoperability platform and ETL processes for better performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting within a distributed team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET / C# and React.js (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience integrating Claude AI into the software engineering workflow for development and debugging.
• Fluent English for daily communication in a distributed team.
• Solid understanding of OOP and software engineering best practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of T-SQL.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Prior experience with healthcare technology platforms or industry-specific education.
