TL;DR

CVM/Lifecycle Marketing Lead (SaaS): Building and scaling a measurable customer value management function for a US-based subscription platform with an accent on retention, reactivation, and cross-channel orchestration. Focus on driving incremental revenue through email, SMS, and web push while optimizing the entire subscriber lifecycle.

Location: Worldwide Remote. Must have already relocated from Russia or Belarus.

Salary: $4,000–$7,000/month net.

What you will do

  • Drive Reg-to-Purchase conversion through triggered onboarding and paywall-abandonment sequences.
  • Build and optimize retention and rebill flows, including pre-cancel intervention strategies.
  • Develop a reactivation engine for the cancelled cohort using personalized messaging.
  • Lead the migration to an omnichannel platform and establish SMS and web push as primary channels.
  • Implement incremental measurement with holdouts to ensure defensible revenue attribution.
  • Own the CRM-driven path for add-on product monetization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience operating CVM/lifecycle programs specifically for US B2C subscription products.
  • 5+ years total in CRM/lifecycle/CVM with end-to-end ownership experience.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS marketing in the US, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC compliance.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data segmentation and validation.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Russian.
  • Must have already relocated from Russia or Belarus.

Nice to have

  • Experience migrating off damaged email domains.
  • Background in HR-tech, EdTech, or FinTech consumer subscriptions.
  • Experience with iMessage Business or RCS.
