What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and provide architectural recommendations to customers for implementing virtual waiting room solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable integration designs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and lead technical onboarding sessions for new clients.
• Collaborate with external technology partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including technical validation and solution design.
• Diagnose and resolve implementation issues and provide technical support during high-traffic GoLive events.

Requirements

• Native Korean and excellent written and verbal English (C1+).
• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development or architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language/framework (JavaScript, .NET, Java, or PHP).
• Strong knowledge of cloud/serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) and performance optimization (CDN, caching, load balancing).
• Hands-on experience with mobile application architecture and technical consulting for customer implementations.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
