🚀 We’re Hiring: Test Analyst / QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst / QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure high-quality software delivery through a combination of manual testing, functional testing, and test automation.

🛠 Key Skills

• Manual and functional testing
• Test automation with Java & Cucumber
• API and UI testing
• Writing test scenarios in Gherkin (BDD)
• Regression testing and bug analysis
• Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• CI/CD and DevSecOps-oriented quality approach
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English

📋 Responsibilities

• Write and execute manual test scenarios using Gherkin (BDD)
• Identify, prioritize, and analyze defects
• Deliver clear quality reports to stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scenarios (Java/Cucumber)
• Improve and maintain regression test suites
• Participate in quality ceremonies (Bug Triage, 3 Amigos, Quality Chapter)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall Quality Strategy
• Share testing best practices within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA Engineer in complex IT projects
• Strong background in manual, functional, API, and UI testing
• Hands-on experience with Java and Cucumber for test automation
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
• ISTQB or TMAP certification is a plus
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset

📍 Work Format

Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland (50% onsite).
