What you will do

• Collaborate with partner teams to identify pain points and prototype logging solutions.
• Design and implement improvements to products and tooling for event data consumption.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable production code through iterative development.
• Create and present architecture and product design documents while providing feedback on others.
• Ensure software reliability and performance through comprehensive testing and code reviews.
• Stay current with industry trends in logging and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Expertise in backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C++.
• Experience designing and scaling high-quality, high-traffic backend services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
