What you will do

• Conduct independent penetration testing engagements on web applications and underlying APIs.
• Provide technical and QA oversight for security reports and mentor growing team members.
• Create and deliver actionable reports tailored to diverse client environments and reporting standards.
• Research and develop innovative penetration testing techniques, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate on the implementation of testing and delivery strategies for key client accounts.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth business and engagement operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Penetration Testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and security protocols.
• Proficiency with offensive tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nessus.
• Willingness to travel up to 5-10% and work occasional evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, C, C++, Java, or C#.
• Offensive cybersecurity certifications including OSCP, GWAPT, GPEN, or GXPN.
