Head of Finance (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead a finance team of approximately seven professionals for a joint venture transformer factory.
• Partner with the factory General Manager on financial governance, risk management, and business decisions.
• Ensure accurate, transparent books and records and compliance with the joint venture agreement.
• Improve, standardize, harmonize, and digitalize finance processes across the factory cluster.
• Allocate resources sustainably, including CAPEX and headcount, and implement strategic decisions.
• Develop talent and promote inclusive leadership and hirify.global values.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in finance, ideally in manufacturing.
• University degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in multinational companies and manufacturing is advantageous.
• Adaptive leadership style, reflective capabilities, and experience developing people.
• Intercultural sensitivity, effective networking, and collaboration skills in international teams.
• Business-fluent English and Indonesian; role based in Jakarta with hybrid office attendance.
