What you will do

• Monitor system health and proactively manage risks to performance, stability, and security.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and performance issues within AWS environments.
• Design and implement system improvements, configurations, and automation using Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop automation scripts and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support incident response, recovery readiness, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and support team development.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud-based platforms and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS).
• Proficiency with Linux/UNIX systems and scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch or New Relic.
• Understanding of security, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
