What you will do

• Improve platform reliability and scalability through automation and simplification.
• Build and manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor service health, latency, and availability.
• Practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Provide operational support and engineering assistance across the organization.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship or relocation
• 5+ years of industry experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong Linux and systems administration expertise.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, specifically EKS, networking, and security.
• Experience with Kubernetes, container technology, and microservices.
• Proficiency with Terraform and observability tools.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Spinnaker, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
• Familiarity with GitOps and Git-based automation.
• Knowledge of compliance programs such as SOC, FedRAMP, or HITRUST.
• Experience with database systems like Postgres or MySQL.
