What you will do

  • Implement the GMA Medical Excellence strategy and operational framework, ensuring effective tactical planning.
  • Align goals and priorities for the Derma franchise across GMA to ensure consistency and collaboration.
  • Establish a high-performing customer-focused MSL model, including training plans, compliance measurement, and KPIs.
  • Drive the digital transformation of medical affairs by defining strategies and developing tactical plans.
  • Ensure medical execution across countries maintains high quality, compliance, and efficiency within budget.
  • Optimize and drive adoption of medical CRM tools and dashboards to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a life sciences discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, or MSL management.
  • English: C1 (Advanced) written and spoken proficiency required.
  • Deep knowledge in Medical Excellence & Operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach scientific and medical colleagues.

Nice to have

  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience working in international or culturally diverse environments.
