What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and validate biochemical assays for enzyme activity, binding, and inhibition studies.
• Support compound screening and profiling across multiple target classes.
• Design, plan, and document experimental work with scientific rigor and attention to detail.
• Communicate and discuss scientific results professionally with clients.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in a drug discovery or CRO environment.
• Proven track record in biochemical assay development and optimization.
• Experience with HTRF/FRET, Luminescence-based assays, protein-protein interaction assays, and enzyme kinetics.
• Fluent English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-throughput screening or fragment-based drug discovery.
• Experience with liquid handlers and lab automation.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python).
