What you will do

• Perform cell-based assays including proliferation, viability, reporter assays, and immunoassays.
• Culture and maintain primary cells and various cell lines.
• Establish, optimize, and validate new assay formats to improve research accuracy.
• Analyze experimental data using tools like Excel and GraphPad Prism.
• Document all laboratory work following industry standards and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with Senior Scientists and other teams to contribute to scientific presentations and reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
• Hands-on experience with adherent and/or suspension cell culture.
• Practical knowledge of cellular assays and basic molecular biology techniques.
• Good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
• Accurate, structured, and reliable working style.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Graefelfing, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with stem cell culture, 3D cell culture, and organoids.
