What you will do

• Perform cell-based assays including proliferation, viability, reporter assays, and immunoassays.
• Culture and maintain primary cells and various cell lines.
• Establish, optimize, and validate new assay formats.
• Document all experimental work according to industry standards and internal SOPs.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data using tools such as Excel and GraphPad Prism.
• Collaborate with Senior Scientists and other laboratory teams on study reports and scientific presentations.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA/MTA) or a Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
• Hands-on experience with adherent and/or suspension cell cultures.
• Practical experience with cellular assays and basic molecular biology techniques.
• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Accurate, structured, and reliable working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with stem cell culture.
• Experience with 3D cell culture and organoids.
