TL;DR

Location: Full Remote - FL, IL, KS, MI, OH, PA, TX, UT, WI only

Salary: $65,000 annually

What you will do

  • Perform quality assurance on application releases and document testing activities.
  • Design and maintain test cases for cross-browser testing and multiple user scenarios.
  • Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance.
  • Debug test environments, automate sprints, and develop scripts for routing tasks.
  • Participate in scrum meetings, product planning, and user story drafting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in FL, IL, KS, MI, OH, PA, TX, UT, or WI.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an SQA Specialist or SME on HR Performance Solutions SaaS applications.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQA tools and processes, including Jira.
  • Experience with UI Testing, Automated Testing, and Test Driven Development (TDD) strategies.
  • Functional and performance testing experience across various technical platforms.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
