What you will do

• Assess AI solutions against AI Act requirements and internal governance standards.
• Define and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks and control processes.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technical teams to operationalize regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk and compliance assessments for various AI systems and architectures.
• Produce detailed documentation and reports for internal and regulatory audits.
• Monitor evolving AI regulations and market best practices to provide internal advisory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, IT Audit, or Compliance, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Proven experience in Big 4 consulting or equivalent technology risk roles.
• Solid knowledge of the AI Act, GDPR, and technological risk frameworks.
• Understanding of AI concepts including Machine Learning, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
