What you will do

• Lead and oversee litigations, arbitrations, disputes, and authorities-led investigations.
• Define legal strategies for high-risk, high-value matters and coordinate external counsel worldwide.
• Support cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and strategic transactions from due diligence to closing.
• Negotiate complex international project and commercial contracts to minimize Group risk.
• Act as a strategic legal advisor to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in top-tier law firms or complex multinational environments.
• Proven track record in litigation, investigations, transactions, and complex negotiations.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Ability to operate globally and work within a pressurized, fast-moving context.
• Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
