TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (French): Providing high-quality product support for EMEA customers with an accent on resolving technical and non-technical issues via email and live chat. Focus on leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office). Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions is required.

What you will do

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hirify.global platform to assist customers.
  • Resolve technical and non-technical issues via email and live chat.
  • Diagnose software issues and handle escalated customer complaints.
  • Provide guidance on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup questions.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution processes.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to build smarter systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work weekends (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shifts).
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally resolving SaaS issues.
  • Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions.
  • Experience or strong interest in experimenting with AI tools for work efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Nice to have

  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Background in MarTech SaaS, email deliverability, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or G-Suite.
