Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office). Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions is required.

What you will do
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform to assist customers.
- Resolve technical and non-technical issues via email and live chat.
- Diagnose software issues and handle escalated customer complaints.
- Provide guidance on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup questions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution processes.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to build smarter systems.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
- Ability to work weekends (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shifts).
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally resolving SaaS issues.
- Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions.
- Experience or strong interest in experimenting with AI tools for work efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
Nice to have
- Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Background in MarTech SaaS, email deliverability, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or G-Suite.
