What you will do

• Lead product design for the Commodities Business Unit, owning the consistency and evolution of UX across data-rich products.
• Co-define and drive the company's product design vision and standards to ensure a coherent cross-platform experience.
• Deliver features end-to-end from discovery and prototyping to developer-ready specifications for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape problem definitions and maintain a user-centered perspective.
• Analyze user behaviors and commodity data to translate complex professional workflows into effective design solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital product design for web, SaaS, or enterprise tools.
• English: C1+ proficiency (excellent written and verbal communication).
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a clear design process.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced prototyping.
• Location: Must be based in Hungary for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with commodities, finance, trading, or other data-intensive domains.
• Previous experience in management or team lead roles.
• Appetite for experimenting with AI tools to iterate on design workflows.
