TL;DR

Product Operations Specialist (Rides): Managing the operational backbone of the Rides product organization with an accent on stakeholder communication, process optimization, and user feedback loops. Focus on designing scalable workflows, translating raw user signals into product insights, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across 50+ markets.

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (minimum 12 in-office days per month)

What you will do

  • Own stakeholder communications for Rides Product, providing executive summaries and status updates to keep leadership aligned.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, and escalation paths to reduce manual work.
  • Monitor and analyze driver and rider feedback channels to surface trends and translate them into actionable briefs for product teams.
  • Lead high-impact projects within the Rides domain that directly improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with PMs and analysts to ensure insights are data-backed and paired with recommended actions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or program management in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Ability to distill complex product updates into crisp, concise summaries for executive leadership.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with a track record of designing and documenting efficient workflows.
  • Comfortable working with data, pulling metrics, and building reports to drive decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and a strong commitment to ticket hygiene.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia.
