What you will do

• Lead feature rollouts by planning sequencing and aligning with City Ops, Product, and Legal teams.
• Translate product capabilities into market-specific configurations (caps, zones, thresholds) based on local regulations.
• Drive adoption through training, playbooks, and FAQs for local teams.
• Analyze post-launch performance using success metrics and flag underperformance early.
• Manage bug escalations and feature requests from city teams to product squads.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting metrics on utilization and adoption.
• Ability to distill complex product updates into clear summaries for executives and city teams.
• Systems thinking approach to design efficient workflows across 150+ cities.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with PMs, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Harjumaa, Estonia.
