What you will do

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for growth through partner ecosystems and integrations.
• Lead product discovery to identify partner needs, technical constraints, and growth opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of reusable integration platforms for airports, taximeters, and SDKs.
• Own the lifecycle of third-party integrations, ensuring reliability and measurable business impact.
• Improve integration scalability and adoption through governance standards and clear product documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with platform products, API integrations, or partner ecosystems in fast-paced environments.
• Technical fluency in APIs, SDKs, system design, and integration architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness for data-driven prioritization.
• Must be based in Estonia to comply with the hybrid work model (minimum 12 office days per month).
