Event Manager (Exhibitions)

What you will do

• Develop and implement event strategies to enhance value propositions and customer experiences.
• Manage Brand P&L, including the delivery of complementary products like conferences and seminars.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure aligned and successful event outcomes.
• Negotiate with venues and suppliers for event-specific requirements and logistics.
• Oversee event floorplans and manage the move-in/move-out processes.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and sales partners to analyze market trends.

Requirements

• University Bachelor's Degree or University of Applied Sciences qualification.
• More than 8 years of experience in a Brand/Product role within a multinational organization.
• More than 3 years of management experience in a Brand/Product team.
• Significant experience in developing brand and sales strategies with strong sales acumen.
• Proven experience in event logistics and show floor management.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-30%.
