Location: On-site/Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Night shift or Split shift options)

What you will do

• Onboard clients by setting up new Trading Partners via the portal.
• Create and maintain accurate Trading Partner records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time project go-lives.
• Resolve implementation issues and escalate complex problems to relevant teams.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and project coordinators.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for professional communication.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for on-site work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with customer service etiquette and professional courtesy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under high pressure and manage time efficiently.

• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities in existing processes.
