What you will do

• Shape and evolve the brand identity and communication across all customer and staff touchpoints.
• Propose conceptual creative directions and challenge existing brand conventions.
• Translate B2B marketing strategies into brand-coherent visual assets for awareness campaigns and sales enablement.
• Apply and extend the brand system across channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and presentations.
• Utilize generative AI tools to scale and explore brand ideas from concept to final execution.

Requirements

• Currently studying Brand Design, Visual Communication, Art & Design, Digital Technologies, or a related creative field.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with a commercially minded approach to design.
• Proficiency in brand systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.
• AI-native approach to design, utilizing generative tools to optimize workflow.
