What you will do

• Adapt global marketing strategies to Moroccan market specifics, trends, and cultural shifts.
• Manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team including KOL, SMM, PR, and Content specialists.
• Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans for the Moroccan client community.
• Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget to reduce CPA and maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using GA4, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Coordinate between the local team and Global HQ to share market insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing 3+ specialists.
• Professional background in fintech, crypto, or retail trading.
• Proven expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition within Morocco.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, PowerBI) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence).
• Native Arabic and fluent Business English are absolute requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French and Berber languages.
